Pros

I absolutely loved working for British Airways. From the very beginning training at Crane bank to my last flight in 1982 I found the company supportive and great to work for. They were exacting bosses, expecting the best from their employees but in return they offered good work and pay conditions. My time with British Airways changed my life.

Cons

It was extremely hard work both physically and mentally. As cabin crew you are the face of British Airways and that is quite a responsibility. I did find that there was a lack of lin.e management and rather anonymous

Pros

good pay and conditions, and staff travel.

Cons

extremely poor management, mostly promoted on who you know, not on ability to carry out job. no information, poor training, cabin crew conditions always favoured over ground staff
