      Pros

      The office culture and work ethics were at the very high level. It was my personal pleasure and passion to go to work every day, interact with agents and customers. I loved travel benefits.

      Cons

      Unfortunately no job security was offered. Company closed the door by DEC 2013.

      Cheap flights - if you can get on them as staff. Heavily oversold and delayed.

      Cons

      A destroyed internal culture; public appearance is very effective but internally the company lacks a positive mission and management - cannot wait to leave.

      Pros

      Good flight discounts and travel benefits such as cheap hotels, car hire etc. Opportunities to work in different areas of the business, although career progression is somewhat limited. Good work-life balance compared to other industries. The company is doing well and has a much stronger financial position that in recent years, hopefully this will be reflected in bonuses and a more generous pay rise than in previous years.

      Cons

      Pay is below market rate for what you can get in other industries. Recent bonuses have been good but annual pay rises limited and no long term incentive plans like other companies. Quite a bureaucratic company and it's often slow to get anything done.
