British heritage. Beautiful uniforms.

Cons

Low salaries. Bad or no communication with HO. Very unfriendly rules for passengers in case of flight cancelation or route suspention.

Very friendly colleagues; amazing travel product; very dynamic; people treated fairly; very experienced managers who could give guidance on key matters - senior leaders generally very approachable

Cons

Not great at delivering change - many departments very secretive about what they were doing - there was not a uniform way of doing things at a project level.
