Pros

Flight Benefits staff travel, for the position we make much more than US based airlines.

Cons

Vacation time given, Flight benefits are no good, with only 10 days off a year and on top of that you have to work every holiday. No extra time given for working holidays. Management is not consistent business managers monitor the agents, they do not monitor their supervisors. Their supervisors sit around and get paid to do nothing. Plus jobs being outsourced to India, when the US brings a lot of revenue for BA with their longhaul flights loads to the US, plus higher US fares.

Pros

Great flight benefits and schedules. Great opportunity for learning. Was great when cargo was self handled, but sadly not anymore.

Cons

Bad management. Will sell employees out to save their own jobs no matter what. Most management have no clue about people skills or operation requirements as evident in that high management turnover.
