Pros

- Good route network and chance to travel to many destinations - Thorough cabin crew training. - Although pay is not great for current mixed fleet crew your job with BA can feel relatively secure as they are not generally laying people off.

Cons

- Disorganisation/impersonal feel of the company - Lack of individual employee recognition. - Bad pay and conditions for mixed fleet, which provided a bad market rate pay in comparison to other low cost airlines including Easyjet. - The vast differences between the fleets making it feel like you all do the same job but get treated differently.
