A dark and sad place to work

Pros

Excellent pay and some nice benefits

Cons

Lack of Union support, relentless calls from angry customers compounded by the fact that they often have to wait on hold for 30 minutes or longer to speak to a customer service rep. A dark cloud and negative energy hangs over this call center.

Pros

The management at BA was fabulous; I felt like I was a valued member of the team, there to both learn and teach new ideas.

Cons

One manager was less willing to make time for me, which proved frustrating at first. Other managers were more receptive, and overall I thoroughly enjoyed working at BA once I found my place there.
