Pros

Travel perks if you have long service

Cons

Used to be a great company but now it has little regard for its customers or staff and only focused on improving profit. Gives a public veneer of having strong values but has no respect for its employees. Most work is now done cheaply in India now. You really get what you pay for.

Pros

Great colleagues and travel benefits

Cons

Company is in a slow decline New CEO seems determioned to turn BA into a low cost carrier Outsourcing of core IT roles means much of the expertise in the company has been lost - those that remain are waiting for the offer of redundancy Morale is super low in head office (and accross the business) Bullying and arrogant senior management team - not prepared to listen to staff or admit when they have got something wrong. Outsourced the Award winning BA app ( created by and internal team) and made the original team redundant - Outsource company promised a new all singing all dancing app within a month of winning the tender but six months later have delivered nothing!
