Pros

Some lovely colleagues, energetic atmosphere at airport, OK flight benefits, if you can travel on off-times, flexibility of shift trades, if people are willing to trade.

Cons

Dangerously low morale among staff, ineffective leadership, rampant favoritism, shift work - kiss your nights and weekends goodbye, as well as holidays, low pay... lots of talking the talk from management about standards, but a lot less walking the walk.

Pros

If you have no customer service experience and don’t wear smart clothes your a shoe in. The whole day was a let down only reception staff were nice!

Cons

So many , felt that everyone that couldn’t be bothered to contribute or dress the part got through!! People in jeans got through. Supposed to be a good airline!!! Hmmm
