Pros

Work with some amazing people, travel concessions are okay (though not especially cheap anymore and seem to be given grudgingly- unless you are upper management). Get to see other places.

Cons

Unsociable hours, new "Mixed Fleet" contract is gruelling and pay is very poor. Don't expect to be treated like an adult.

Pros

Travel concessions are ok compared to other airlines but not the best. A very extensive route network. Safety and customer service training is very good.

Cons

There is unfortunately now a culture of a race to the bottom. It's all cuts, cuts, cuts. According to the leadership team within BA, cabin crew are not entitled to a liveable wage. They want college and university leavers in and out the door in no more than 5 years to keep the wage bill low. Customer service will suffer as a result and BA will loose passengers. No longer a company to be proud to work for. Such a shame.
