- Pay was competitive - Flight benefits are nice - Nice to work for a brand I use myself - They are trying to invest more into IT (at the time I was there), hard work being put into turning the ship around - Nice cafeteria at Waterside office - Staff shuttle bus from Heathrow Airport - Nice people

Cons

- Disorganized - Office (Waterside) was busy and had poor equipment. Hard to find desk with a decent (or any) monitor, seats were uncomfortable (many of them basic without wheels) and not enough of them. Imagine working in a school classroom. - Had to pay for coffee at the office - Not enough water dispensers around the office - They use MS Teams - Morale seemed pretty low amongst other employees

Pros

Fun job with the perks of travelling the world and gaining experiences whilst being paid for it. Can tailor your roster some what to go where you would like to go or avoid where you don’t (not 100%) Good pay on a full time contract Plenty of down-route time can be used productively. (I’m studying part time with open university and get most of my work done when away at work)

Cons

Tiring if you commute sometimes but definitely do able. (I commute 2-3 hour drive) Cost of commuting and down-route expenses can make the pay not feel as good on some months Everything can always change right to the last minute.. never be surprised!
