Pros

Great Colleagues to work with

Cons

Where do you start for ? Systems & Equipment so backward and non user friendly (imagine a bi plane compared to a modern plane and you will get an idea of how bad they are) Commission - even before Covid without consultation reduced % even though they were making £1.9billion profit. Contact Centre is an utter disgrace, dirty floors, interior decorations that have not been touched since it opened in 1992 Always looking to be seen to do the right thing, not doing the right thing unless it helps BA Do not care about their staff, at all. Attitude is if someone leaves we will just replace them. In exit interview they ask about why leaving but its a form filling exercise only. Systems dreadful, rewards and commissions dreadful, even pre Covid

Pros

Diverse fleet to work on

Cons

Expect you to be on call for 2 weeks a year including weekends to support disruption. Actively encourage checking of work emails in own time. Have to support other groups during industrial action that is nothing to do with your own work group with no reward or recognition.
