Long on-boarding process (background screen): will take 4-8 weeks to on-board, strict background screenings. Teachers usually undergo 4-5 months screening and training before taking official classes Too many constraints for sales team and operation stakeholders In restructure process, cutting off benefits and bonus Slow career pathway Over complicated processes
