It's a great place for freshers, as you can learn a lot about child protection, safeguarding,... The salary and working hours is fine compared to the current market. You can also meet wonderful colleagues and amazing students here.

Cons

Little chance of promotion to higher or full-time positions. The bosses are not very good at management and tends to disappear when you need them the most :)))
