Pros

Flexible working and development opportunities which will then be sadly if pred once you have done them or you will be put in a box and unable to progress.

Cons

Experience is entirely line manager dependent and HR talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. They make people not feel valued and do absolutely nothing about talent management or work life balance.
