Pros

Security of job and salary, same level employees are nice people, all young.

Cons

Managers have no idea about business and management. Senior staff don’t care about problems much. They don’t approve the costs for IMPORTANT WORK RELATED EQUIPMENT! The upper management doesn’t care about the quality, but only quantity! Low salary! Lack of employees- they dont hire enough staff and push the current staff to work for at least two people. Required to work on Sundays - out of contract- saying ‘business demand’. Managament doesnt give a damn about employees. No worth of an honest hardworking person here. No proper training, no career growth. Salary is low, not much benefits. This place might cause a long term burnout syndrome! The task MUST be done highly time sensitive, lack of staff, I worked for at least two people the whole time! Sometimes I had to cover for 4 including myself! You have no choice but staying after work, but management puts alarm in office after 8pm. And if you dont leave and alarm is on after 8 if move in the office, you get b*ched at next day and in the meeting or by email! Or if you leave after work hour, and task is hanging unfinished - Test takers cant get their results on time - and again - you are being b*^ched! Nothing but being a ridiculed! Hopeless place, to waste ur life for money, feels like being slave driven.

Pros

- DEI-conscious (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) workplace International and multicultural environment. - Opportunities for teacher training and professional development. - Transparent holiday policy, including unpaid leave options (no hidden clauses, unlike some Madrid academies).

Cons

You’re placed on a 15-hour-per-week contract by default. While additional hours may be offered, the school consistently avoids consolidating them into your official contract. Each academic year, you’re left hoping—and often asking—for full hours just to secure a livable wage.
