Management corrupted from director all the way down to project managers and coordinators and dept managers. You have to suck up to your superiors and superiors in other dpt or they will make your life a living hell.for a British organization operating in Lebanon. The British council failed to adapt its beliefs within the organization instead it allowed the Lebanese favouritism and judgmental mentality to lead.

BC is present in 130+ countries which give a fantastic opportunity to get involved in truly global products and make a positive impact on local communities. Very collaborative environment, knowledge sharing culture and professional colleagues, make it a great experience of achieving success together.

Cons

Salaries and competence of staff are not reflective their qualifications/workload. Onboarding process may be lengthy and a bit too rigorous at times.
