Pros

Flexible working is good, lots of opportunity to travel and build a global perspective.

Cons

Management are in a state of panic over funding and making bad decisions. HR policies are very restrictive, meaning growth within the company is difficult. Successive rounds of redundancies in the UK are making for a depressing working atmosphere.
