International organization and prestigious image Using English as a working language Flexible hours Good facilities. Free English course for the stuff

Cons

Poor management. No proper handover or training . Unfair evaluation of employess based on personal favorites . Too much bureaucracy. High employess turnover. Job insecurity . Line managers are not qualified for managerial position. I did not get my compensation (TG) money after I leave because of personal issues with the line manager and the bureaucracy. So be careful!
