Great resources and experience for new teachers.

Cons

terrible management, teachers are also expected to be cleaners, secretaries.. very poor pay classes too big at Invalides

Pros

Working with excellent colleagues on a range of interesting projects is the main thing that keeps me here. There is the opportunity for international travel if you are suitably qualified.

Cons

Low salary and no possibility for pay rise for internal staff. The organisation is also very siloed and you can get pigeon holed rvery easily.
