Pros

Nice people, most people genuinely enjoy their jobs and like working here. There opportunities to travel as it's multinational organisation doing good in many countries with lots of interesting projects.

Cons

Salary is laughable - they expect people to work very long hours as the workload is large but the salary is truly pathetic in the UK. The organisation can be confused and confusing with lack of clarity.
