      - Support the day to day delivery of Maintenance, Security, and Health and Safety services by providing a proactive support and advice on all aspects of Security and Health and Safety in the workplace to all users of British Council premises. - Support the British Council in managing the maintenance of rented property used by UK staff to a high standard by providing an efficient and cost effective service to the occupiers with a strong focus on customer service - Support the organisation of office moves with minimal disruption to normal works. - Support the delivery of events by implementing agreed tasks for H&S and Security - Support the management of procurements and fixed Assists & inventory records. - Overall Management of the mailroom services ( including courier and stationery contracts, photocopying contract). - Manage 13 staff members, ensuring outputs are achieved and targets and standards met. - Manage all stages in 2 projects in the last 3 years

      Good colleagues and generous vacation package. Modern workplace with good access to public transportation.

      Cons

      Very inflexible hours on a shift rota that makes it difficult to work there if you have children. Little support from management and lack of security.
