Pros

A multinational organization that plays a crucial role in promoting the English Language through its educational services provided to the public. It serves as the main point of contact between UK Examinations Boards and Cambridge/Pearson licensed schools throughout the world. Team work is ultimately encouraged within the organization which eventually leads to prosperous business results.

Cons

The organization is likely to have a very high redundancy rate due to its tendency to cut costs to an enormous extent. The resources provided to the employees for workflow facilitation are very hard to get and always need several approvals no matter how stressful work conditions are.
