Abusive managers, long hours that involve long spit shifts early morning and late nights, working all weekend, harassment. I was there five years and know people there now. The people I know there now say it is getting worse. When I was there I can think of at least three examples of people being pushed and harassed by superiors to the point of needing mental health professional intervention. I have seen people being made to cry, I have seen managers laugh about all of the above. It sounds like I am someone who is just looking to complain, but I have never complained publicly about anything online ever in my life until this moment. I just want to warn people to avoid this job. The list of people off sick grows with each month every year starting in September just due to the undue stress they put on their teachers. I found it to be abussive and since I left my life is ten times better.
