Flexi-time, civil servant pension scheme, overall good reputation and strong brand on your cv

Cons

Socially awkward people, dull atmosphere in the office, disparity of salaries and several people that get paid way too much for what they do

Offers excellent development opportunities. IWBs in every classroom. Fully stocked resource room. Freedom to supplement lessons as and how you see fit.

Cons

Constant change in working conditions. No regular weekends. Working till late (9:30pm) Management only interested in the needs of customers despite the fact that customers rarely know what they want.
