The organisation does interesting work and some of the staff are friendly and have interesting backgrounds. Work life balance is generally very good for a company in Singapore.

Cons

Outdated office and facilities, very uncompetitive performance bonus, culture of hiring senior management from overseas (the UK) rather than growing talent from within. Unfriendly academic staff

terrible management, teachers are also expected to be cleaners, secretaries.. very poor pay classes too big at Invalides
