It's a demanding job and business but it's satisfactory.

Cons

Compared to other SV companies there are no free swags, but current economics are strong enough to neglect it. There should be more interoffice collaboration and networking between different BUs.

Pros

Good pay and Stock options. That's it, that's all they have to offer.

Cons

No work-life balance. Constant burn out. Constant Micromanagement. No values. No WFH even if they job can be done remotely, for no reason other than because it's policy. Complete disconnect between upper management and employees. Lack of communication. Change fatigue, they keep changing what they want from you. Very stressful job and they keep making it harder. No job security, layoffs are common. No culture. No growth. Not enough PTO. Not enough Sick Time , most companies offer at least 10 Sick Days, Broadcom offers about half that.
