Good RSU compensation, medical insurance, dental and vision reimbursement

Cons

Overwhelming workload, expected to work during weekends and public holidays without replacement. Management's failure to assist engineers to excel and enhance their strengths. Though engineers are permitted to attend trainings but required to meet work deadline at the same time.
