Pros

Great co-workers and Very good technical stuff to work on

Cons

I have no pros for the netlogic group inside brcm,BRCM as such is a leader in switch market,But their poor acquisitions cost them dearly, Either Renesas(Mobile division) or Netlogic(embedded network processors) both proved to be disastrous. No clear direction in these groups, No process followed ..No Timeline management..some junk management at top who do nothing other than saving their jobs I believe Top management has already looking into it and cleaned up Mobile group and and cleaning up of Netlogic is under process But pity thing here is Affected will be tech engineers who works like dogs and try themselves to align with groups worst process,All top Management will be still either there or moved to some other group and still doing wrong things Other part is they lack innovation,They Have a stable switch market but how long it will survive if you have lack of innovation.I beg the top management to try something new buy starting a new team instead of doing some junk acquisitions which costed them so dearly Last but not least HR people dont react even you give multiple complaints on Your manager behaviour or giving some counselling for a manger when people complaint constantly about him
