None as Many good culture companies are giving high packages these days. Nothing special about Broadcom now. Don’t loose your mental health here. You will have long term affects on your physical health.

Cons

Hyderabad - below the belt politics. Favouritism and bullying are just starters. You think you can handle but the old timer alliances will surprise you by unethical level they can go. Ever heard ppl switching off your test bed deliberately to delay your work Majority speaks in Telugu language at office so forget socialising if you don’t speak Telugu. Meetings also ppl talk a lot in telugu Definition of work done is different for you and managers favourites in a very unethical way.
