Pros

Very focused and goal and engineering oriented company. No-nonsense. Very flat structure removes the politics and hostility from work place. Everyone is always very helpful considering how hard everyone works. No unnecessary middle management. Very good mentorships. Even the managers are extremely hard-working engineers unlike other company I have worked for. Compensation reflects all handwork work everyone puts in.

Cons

If you are mediocre engineer hoping to get promotions and go to management track, this company is not for you (If this can even be considered a con)
