Pros
Good Comm Scientists and Engineers. Most I've met are dedicated, hard working and believe they have Broadcom's best interest at heart. Decent RF and modem baseband HW.
Cons
The amount of SW in required for new products in this space is increasing exponentially. The current management at all levels doesn't have the training or experience to deal with that. This is The issue that will prevent Broadcom from competing effectively with Intel and Qualcomm.
