Pros
Yearly bonus is nice, company grows at incredible pace and if you get shares, they can double their value.
Cons
Company treats it’s employees like a livestock. If you enjoy feeling like you’re a number in the system, you’ll get a lot of it here. Management will sooth you with good looking numbers, but will cancel or sell the whole project before you actually get anything. You won’t get salary raise in a years so they save a bit of money and have better yearly reports.
