It is not a job for future..but it gives a monthly paycheck

* if u have no job and get an offer from this company, this is a good stepping stone while u learn * I think this is still a stable company (no layoff yet)

Cons

* no vacation (unlimited vacation in management term) = 1/2 - 3/4 months of money less than other companies for many employees * No raise for promotion (neither stock or salary) ....if I knew this earlier, I would not like a promotion! * almost no matching on 401k (1.2%? don't remember the smaller fraction!!) * fire-fighter style with no money rewards!

Get to do everything and very knowledgeable people in the company.

Cons

Work life balance can be at risk for extended period of time.. HR policies with unlimited PTO is killer.
