      Pros

      got a good first impression but lost that feeling soon.

      The company feels quite large and can lack a personal touch. The culture seems to prioritize business outcomes over people, which may not suit everyone. It might be a better fit for those who are well-established within internal networks, but in my experience, it didn’t align with what I value in a workplace.
