Pros

The payroll and financial package offers are considerably good.

Cons

This is my personal opionion: If you think that BCOM is a place like Google and Microsoft in terms of work environment you are wrong, despite being among the top list of tech companies in the market, the company is all "Old style". The main focus is on stock price and profit, then come the customers, employees are at the very end of the list, in fact, you have the impression that you are an asset the company leases for a certain amount of time, and can dispose at any moment as long as they follow the legal and contractual requirements. The company works with the military Command and Control mode, with almost no transperency or comprehensive communications especially during big changes, no feedback or listening to employees voice, lack of many of the modern benefits and flexibility, like working from home or hybrid work setup, inconvenient office productivity and collaboration tools, limited, if any; team building activites. My advise is that you do not underestimate or make assumptions when you are joining the company, you have to be attentive and carefully check and discuss all the policies, benefits, and work details to make sure they are stuiable for you, For example, RSU distribution if you are entitlemed to such, their tax deductions method, and what you can/cannot do with them. You have also consider the low career safety with the massess of layoffs and re-orgs that can happen anytime.
