1. Very good renumeration, specially stocks that keep continuously appreciating. 2. Very transparent and blunt communication, no sugar coating.
Cons
1. Very insensitive and brutal management, You will be out of company the moment you are not usable for the company. This keeps company very healthy in terms of financial performance. 2. Nothing will be considered as an exception. Even if both spouse were working in Broadcom, no exception was given to them from coming to office during Covid period. Please note that the company was absolute complying with the government declared work from office policies. The moment government declared to open office, they called everyone to come to office with all compliance (like distance, AC filters, etc). 3. Most of the work they are doing is in maintenance and support phase. No great new innovation undertaken. The management is very clear about what customers and products to support.
