      Great Work/Life Balance, Bad Middle Management

      Pros

      With mostly AWS for technicians Broadcom provides for a great work/life balance and is mostly laid back when at work.

      Cons

      Going to sound cheesy but could be less laid back and middle management is bloated leading to few if any promotion opportunities out of technician roles. Also PTO policy for AWS employees is well below industry standard.

      Pros

      Stock rewards, although in Czech Republic you cannot opt-in into employee discount stock purchase program Cool tech Company is successful as never before

      Cons

      A lot of experienced people leaving Many meetings show how great the company is doing, but not much of this success pours into the people Terrible performance ranking system, which sadly affects your bonus as well Home office is very not welcome Management loves to swim in pointless metrics and engineers have to collect the data
