The overall CTC is attractive due to the inclusion of RSUs and ESPP options. I worked with great colleagues and supportive direct managers. The working hours are quite flexible. Compensation and benefits are excellent.

Cons

Inefficient management practices. Frequent layoffs and organizational restructures. Lack of job security due to regular quarterly firings. Overabundance of managers with very few direct reports. No work-from-home options or flexibility,
