      Once-a-quarter free meal. Air conditioned office. I am drawing blank...

      Cons

      Lots of passive agressive engineers and bunch of managers looking at reports as step stools for their career. Bizarre cult of the founder. 1984 back to the future general ambiance. Good match for Avago.

      Pros

      Good place to work. Work time is flexible. Lots of opportunity/jobs to do if willing. good ESPP, health plan, but 401k match is not.

      Cons

      Benefits gradually reducing over the year. Stock based compensation is decreasing while base salary is not matching. Going to be acquired by AVGO which is pretty bad in review.
