Engineers are generally nice, and capable

Cons

Management has no vision, no accountability with the miserable failing of wireless baseband business, misstep after misstep, project killed one after another, no work and life balance, some teams were felt run by Indian mafias, back stabbing is new normal.

Cons

- Screwed up if in wrong team at wrong time - HR? No, they don't exist in India - All the politics been played at very higher management leaves nothing for Indian guys to play with

Work late and see manager go home on time. NO promotion after 4 year. People get lay off end of last year and more work now.
