Pros
Very open upper management. VP keeps group informed of the challenges and opportunities. Several all-hands meeting to ensure employees are in-sync. New HR head striving to keep culture open and build trust.
Cons
Not very effective in inter-team collaboration. Lot of internal policies hamper cross team collaboration. 401K match is okay not excellent.
