good engineers, (mostly), they can pay you are willing to sacrifice your personal life.

Cons

enormous pressure on s/w engineers to get those damn chips to work, too many chips to support. they have very few competent marketing people.

Salary is relatively higher than other companies and the work time is flexible if you can do your work until the given time frame.

Cons

The bad thing is that you can work even during weekend or vacation if you do not get the support of manager or team members who can back up your work during that time.
