      Friendly management and supportive peers. Quick in decision making. Effective meetings and minimum micro management.

      Cons

      Company goals are often adjusted to be on par with the competition which brings unexpected route deviations in the project course.

      Pros

      The colleagues are nice and hard working. Environment is nice and not much politics. People are working together to get the job done.

      Cons

      There is no PTO any more and vacation requires management approval. Schedules are tight and pressure from customers is high. Need to find work and life balance.

      Office environment is nice to work. depending on teams work pressure mounts. Lunch provided at free of cost

      Cons

      Difficult interview process (several rounds). Top Management decisions/principles has to re-visited. Can be lay-off at any point of time just because of changing business plans
