A successful and big company that thinks it is more flexible than it really is

They have very talented people, a great core set of technologies and excellent relationship with customers.

Cons

They continue to think in terms of "silos" in terms of applications and features. Opportunities are being lost by not streamlining processes and combining separate chip lines into combos. As far as the work environment; most everyone is shielded from this view and continue to work on their projects happily without seeing the macroscopic forces that are changing the industry.
