Pros
Some superb engineers, fast phased and dynamic. Great RSU package. generous compansaion (though I heard it changed recently)
Cons
Don't expect fair treatment. If you want promotion, you must be manager's or director's friend from previous work. I asked my director about my promotion after a stellar year, while he was promoting his friends, he said "you should have negotiated better, nothing I can do". HR is indifferent and irrelevant.
