      - Great location, can't beat Orange County! - Great Cafeteria! - Smart people - Beautiful campus - Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Lack of promotions at the lower levels. Finance organization is very top heavy with too many directors and managers who believe they shouldn't do anything. A lot of the work is very boring and mundane work. Too many talkers and not enough doers
