      interesting projects but limited involvement

      Pros

      If nothing else, the people who work at Broadcom are the best. They are intelligent and incredibly hard working. My group always delivers no matter the deadline and no matter the complexity of the project.

      Cons

      The workload is incredible and the compensation seems below average. It is borderline an immigration house mainly because immigrants with phd's are willing to work like this for their green cards.
