      good IP portfolio, great staff, get to work with latest technology ,technical managers are very helpful

      Cons

      employment termination can end spontaneously with the company, dont even get time to be mentally prepared for it, neither any information is passed prior and termination is usually done in the dishonorable way

      Engineers are highly technical and smart. Management knows the market well. Pay is above average for the market. Best-in-class solutions for the markets they participate in.

      Cons

      Not easy for upwards mobility or switching to different departments. They tend to hire very experience people that do not require more training. Layoffs are sudden.
