Pros
The sheer scope of the company provides a lot of opportunities for electrical engineers interested in communications, and there are so many different groups to potentially move around in that it can be an exciting place to work. The cafeteria is very well maintained, and a pleasure to spend your lunch time at. The co-workers are kind and generous for the most part, willing to help.
Cons
There is some youth culture, but not much. As a young person there is not a ton of interaction. The corporate environment can be difficult, for someone more used to a young, startup environment where things are more relaxed.
