      Pros

      Good compensation, good benefits. Focused on innovation, very engineering centric. Cafeteria, nice campus, nice people.

      Cons

      Hours can be long. Hard to move between groups. Pressure can be high.

      Good engineering team in general

      Cons

      After so many years company like start up : CRAZY work load, no good top management and very average compensation. Broadcom recently started to hired too many managers which are incompetent and should NOT managed talented and skilled people.

      pay there are some good benefits, but they do not make up for not getting a lunch and being forced to work 10-12 hr days

      Cons

      security and office services leadership has no clue how to define the word leader . they believe leading people means micro managing and bullying them via their crony leutenant. speak up for yourself and your group will be "reorganised" and your position will no longer be needed.
